CLOTHING SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship domestically within Australia.

For all Australian Orders over $200 AUD we offer free express shipping.

For all change of mind refunds, a fee of $10.00 AUD may be deducted for shipping expenses, dependant on circumstances.

 

Dispatching your order

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Operating Mon-Fri and the occasional weekend.

 

Courier

NATSABB partners with Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with all your tracking details.

 

Shipping Costs

If your order is over $200 AUD you will qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs under this amount are $15.00 AUD for Standard Shipping and $25.00 for Express Shipping, Australia Wide.

 

Stolen or Damaged Parcels

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. NATSABB is not liable for stolen or missing parcels. Once the parcel is successfully delivered to the nominated address NATSABB is not liable for damages sustained.

 

Return to Sender Parcels

If you are returning a parcel to NATSABB, please reach out to info@natsabb.com to organise redelivery. Please note a fee for redispatch may apply.
